Gitterdone opened its beta, and the sign-ups filled up
Buena’s project manager turns the work week into a game you can win. Five months and 774 commits after the first line of code, the beta opened, and filled.
The most fun, simple, crazy-customizable, AI-boosted, way teams get stuff done.

The most fun, simple, crazy-customizable, AI-boosted, way teams get stuff done. Duolingo for doing. A project management tool not just made for project managers.
Most project tools are built for managers reporting up. They are good at status and bad at momentum, and for the people doing the work they become one more thing to update.
Tasks pile up across boards and threads. The week ends without a clear sense of what got done, and finishing a task feels no different from adding one.
We built Gitterdone for our own team first. We wanted the tracker we would actually open every morning: fast, simple and clear about what got finished.

Make getting it done feel like winning. Each week you commit to five priorities that matter. Every finished task scores points, and committed tasks score double, so the leaderboard shows who followed through.
Streaks reward showing up week after week. When the team hits its goals, it spins a wheel for a reward, so accountability ends in a small party instead of a status meeting.
AI drafts the first version of every task. Capturing work takes seconds, and nobody stares at a blank card.
Lock in the five things that matter most this week.
Every finish scores, committed tasks score double, and streaks keep the run going.
Hit the team's weekly goals and spin for a reward.

There are six ways to see the work: board, list, sprint, calendar, a focus timeline and a canvas view that lays tasks out as color-coded bubbles. You switch between them in a tap.
It is keyboard-first and realtime everywhere. Time tracking works on any task and exports clean hours for billing, in a format accounting tools already read.
Gitterdone runs on the web at app.gitterdone.org and as Mac and Windows desktop apps. An MCP server lets an AI assistant create and complete tasks by voice or text.

Gitterdone runs Buena's own projects. It opened to other teams as a beta at gitterdone.org, and the beta sign-ups are now full, with a waitlist in their place.
To launch it we made short films under a Gitterdone Productions banner. The yellow 3D check mark became the studio's logo.
There are no user numbers to share yet. For now the measure is simple: the team that built it runs on it every week.

Getting it done should feel like winning.
