Bianca first joined Buena in 2025 and came back full time in 2026. She’s designed product work across the studio and the new Buena website.
Before Buena she was lead product designer at Namu across four products, and redesigned a trade marketing app used by more than 250,000 people in the field, lifting mission completion by 35%. She also founded Vila Studio, which makes AI-driven tools for real estate.
She does research, design systems, interaction and motion, and she likes to prototype in code.
