Camila joined Buena in 2025 as a Project Manager and quickly grew into her role as Chief of Staff & Operations. From people and projects to big ideas and tight deadlines, she connects the dots, keeps things moving, and makes sure great work gets out into the world.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and over eight years of experience spanning marketing, account management, client success, and project management, she’s built her career working with international companies, primarily in the U.S. Add six months in Oxford, UK, and a year living in Sydney, Australia, and you’ve got a global mindset that shapes how she leads, collaborates, and gets things done.
At Buena, she’s the bridge between big ideas and making them happen, the person who brings order to creative chaos, and, perhaps most importantly, the reason the team’s Slack has a Buena Taco emoji.
