Lucas joined Buena in 2026 and leads UX and UI across the studio’s products. He looks after the Buena design system and walks every new designer through it.
Argentine-Italian, he’s been designing digital products since 2020, collaborating with companies and startups in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain, with a focus on SaaS platforms, dashboards, and design systems. With a background in graphic design and hands-on experience in web development.
At 16, he was awarded with a scholarship, which gave him the opportunity to spend a year studying at a local high school in Nuremberg, Germany. He later spent a year and a half living and working in Frankfurt and Zurich, experiences that broadened his perspective and shaped his approach to challenges.
Ask him about dashboards. Or football. Or pizza.
